In Seco Industries, s.r.o. we perform NDT tests designed for inspection of cracks, surface, and subsurface defects of castings at the MINIMAG 500 inspection station by magnetic powder method according to EN 1369. Cylinder liners are inspected by the eddy current method using IBG machines. Tightness tests of cylinder liners are performed on Aeropan machines. In the production of cylinder liners, all these controls are implemented directly in the production line. This prevents non-conforming parts from being released to the customer.
